Does Cash App Charge Fees?

Cash App charges fees for certain services, although not every Cash App transaction has a fee. Standard transfers from your Cash App balance to a linked bank account are free and normally arrive within one to three business days. Instant transfers to an eligible linked debit card are subject to a fee.

Cash App currently states that Instant transfer fees range from 0.5% to 2.5%, with the exact charge displayed before you confirm the transfer. Cash App Business accounts also pay 2.6% plus $0.15 when receiving qualifying customer payments, while Tap to Pay transactions generally cost 3%.

Other possible charges include a $2.50 Cash App fee for out-of-network ATM withdrawals, a $1 fee for paper-money deposits, and a 3% international-use fee for certain Cash App Card purchases outside the United States.
