How Does Business Cash App Work?
Cash App Business allows a seller to accept payments from customers using Cash App. After setting up the business profile, the seller can share a $Cashtag, display a QR code, or send a payment request. The customer enters the payment amount and sends the money through Cash App.
Cash App deducts its processing fee before depositing the remainder into the business’s Cash App balance. The current standard fee is 2.6% plus $0.15 for payments received from a customer’s Cash App account. Tap to Pay payments are generally charged 3%. For example, a $100 payment subject to the standard business fee would result in a $2.75 charge and a net payment of $97.25.
The business can keep the money in Cash App, spend it using an eligible Cash App Card, or transfer it to a linked bank account. Standard bank transfers are free, while Instant transfers involve an additional cash-out fee.
